All payments are due as services are rendered.
Cancellation Policy
You are responsible for 50% of the fee for a missed appointment unless you provide at least 24 hours notice of cancellation. We will make every effort to contact you with a reminder of your appointment time in the days prior to your booking and ask that you call the clinic to confirm your appointment time if necessary.
